Amit Verma

Amit is the managing partner of the Firm. He is a lawyer with 12 years of experience in advising banks/financial institutions/developers/ promoters/sponsors on project financing, acquisition financing, private equity and other banking transactions relating to various infrastructure sectors including power, oil & gas, roads, airports, urban infrastructure and railways etc. He has extensive experience in appraising, drafting, reviewing and negotiating – financing and project agreements implementation/concession agreements, bid documents, restructuring agreements etc. He has handled complex domestic and cross border financing transactions involving restructuring, substitution, securitisation, assets sale, change in management control etc.
