Vikash is one of the founding partners of the Firm. He is a lawyer with 12 years of experience with extensive expertise in civil, corporate, banking and debt recovery litigation. He has advised large banks and financial instirutions, foreign and multi-national companies in various sectors, including banking, finance, construction, power, road and realestate. He is having abundant litigation experience at Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, various Tribunals and Forums in Delhi/NCR including NCLT, DRT, DRAT, NCDRC, RERA etc.
